Role overview:
We’re seeking experienced Owner Drivers with a well-maintained 2T Van. You’ll perform local furniture deliveries on-site and ensuring safe, timely, damage-free transport.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain your 2T Van for deliveries.
- Load, secure, and unload furniture and household goods safely.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, liaise professionally with customers on-site.
- Complete delivery paperwork, job checklists, and electronic manifests accurately.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks and maintain Van cleanliness and compliance.
Requirements:
- Valid license Victoria
- Own and operate a registered, insured 2T Van
- Proven experience in furniture delivery is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of safe manual handling and load restraint practices.
- Professional, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Right to work in Australia and available for local Melbourne work.
