The Outpatients Administration Clerk plays a vital role in supporting outpatient services by delivering a professional and welcoming reception experience while providing efficient administrative support. This position involves greeting and assisting patients and visitors, managing appointments and patient flow, and performing accurate data entry and record management using relevant IT systems. The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies, as well as supporting referral management, documentation, and reporting processes. Working collaboratively with administrative, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy teams, the clerk contributes to smooth clinic operations, responds to enquiries, and provides ongoing support to clinical staff and management.
