Are you keen to provide support for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? This is an opportunity to work with a behaviour analyst to implement a personalised program that will foster growth, independence, and confidence in young children with ASD.
If you are a Therapy Support Worker or would like to become one, this is an opportunity to work in Austral, NSW until November (employment beyond November is not guaranteed, but new opportunities may become available). Below are the available hours of work at this stage. If you can cover both shifts, we are keen to hear from you.
- Wednesday: 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm (Austral)
- Thursday: 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm (Austral)

Skills & Experience
- A curious mind and a caring heart – whether you’re studying or have completed a qualification in Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, Disability Support, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with children (or a strong desire to gain it) – because you know every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference.
- Clear and confident communication skills – you can connect, listen, and explain in ways that inspire trust and understanding.
- A genuine passion for helping others reach their potential – you believe in progress, celebrate small wins, and never stop learning.
Requirements
- Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module – “Quality, Safety and You”.
- Australian Driver’s License & reliable vehicle.
- Laptop/tablet for use during sessions.

Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 per week
