Umano Medical is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily focused on supporting our warehouse operations by preparing medical equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and ready for delivery.
When deliveries are scheduled, you will safely transport and deliver Umano beds and equipment to customers while providing professional and courteous service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization and efficiency, and is willing to support the team wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, inspect, and stage medical beds and equipment for shipment.
- Pick, pack, and organize customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Deliver products to customers safely and professionally when required.
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and communicate effectively with customers.
- Support teammates and assist with other warehouse duties as business needs require.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a manual transmission truck (required).
- Previous warehouse experience preferred; delivery experience is an asset.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (or willingness to learn) is an asset.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
- Experience handling furniture, medical equipment, or other large items is an asset.
