Located within Manly Corso, Manly Seafoods offers great fish and chips and are passionate about amazing food. We are on the hunt for a team member to join our small, but mighty team! This position will offer 25 - 30 or so hours per week to begin with, with the vision to become more. Position will be part time to begin with, with the opportunity to move to permanent full time for the right person.
With the growing business, we are looking to grow the team. We operate 7 days a week, and so weekend availability is a must, however we only trade during the day so no nights required. We get that you have passions outside of work, and so a rotating roster is what we aim to do. If you think you'd like to join our team, we'd love to hear from you!
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Always Providing the Manly Seafoods experience – lasting, positive experiences and vibes for our customers with the purpose of improving their day through great service and quality food.
- Work fast and efficiently as a part of team.
- Engage with your team and customers alike.
- Work across our various food packing areas to bring the freshest and highest quality service.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene.
Individual Requirements
- Ability to work well with fellow team.
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment.
- Most importantly a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including morning starts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to learn quickly.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
