The successful applicant will:
- Support the Catholic identity and values of St Paul's Primary.
- Deliver engaging learning using plans provided by the classroom teacher.
- Create safe, positive and inclusive learning environments.
- Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behaviour expectations.
- Support students with diverse learning and wellbeing needs.
- Work collaboratively with Learning Support Officers and school staff.
- Communicate professionally and provide clear feedback to classroom teachers.
- Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility and a strong commitment to child safety.

Special Requirements
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration.
- Current Mandatory Reporting training.
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications (desirable).
- Demonstrated commitment to Child Safe Standards and the safeguarding of children.
- Willingness to work flexibly across Foundation to Year 6 and specialist programs based on school needs.
- Experience teaching in primary school settings and supporting students with diverse learning needs (desirable).
