Alya is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Female Youth Support Mentors to join a dedicated team supporting a young NDIS participant the South Brisbane area.
This is an ongoing role within a structured, clinically supported environment, working alongside a small and consistent team. The participant requires support with daily living and mentorship.
We are looking for mentors who bring a calm, grounded presence, understand the importance of boundaries, and are confident supporting individuals with trauma and behaviours of concern.
About the role
You will provide consistent, relationship-focused support both in the home and community, with a strong emphasis on routine, safety, and building trust over time.
Key responsibilities
Supporting daily routines and household tasks
Community access and social engagement
Working collaboratively with family and the care team
Monitoring wellbeing and maintaining clear communication

Calm, trauma-informed, and respectful approach
Able to maintain professional boundaries and consistency
Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
Willing to follow structured care plans and clinical guidance
Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid Yellow Card and Blue Card
