What You’ll Take Charge Of
- Customer Experience — delivering friendly service, preparing barista‑quality coffee, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
- Operational Support — assisting the Site Manager with sales performance, targets, store standards and daily decision‑making.
- Financial Control — helping manage store expenses and contributing to profitability.
- Car Wash Oversight — ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Store Presentation — merchandising, stock ordering, shelf replenishment and maintaining brand standards.
- Team Development — supporting training, coaching and daily leadership.
- Safety & Compliance — ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Rostering & Planning — assisting with staff scheduling and workforce planning.
- Leadership Coverage — stepping in for the Site Manager when required.
