Key responsibilities
- Manage daily banking, allocations, receipting and invoicing activities
- Drive collection strategies while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Monitor aged receivables and implement initiatives to improve cashflow outcomes
- Collaborate with internal departments to investigate discrepancies
- Produce AR reporting, reconciliations and insights to support business decision-making
- Review and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and workflow outcomes
- Maintain compliance with company policies, financial controls and procedures
- Customer query resolution
- Handling escalated issues

Key Personal Attributes:
- Previous experience in a Credit and/or Accounts Receivable Officer position
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong reconciliation, negotiation and debt collection skills.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capability and a can-do positive attitude
