- Deliver technically complex healthcare, education and community projects
- Work closely with experienced architects in a collaborative, close-knit studio
- Flex Friday 9-day fortnight, registration support and genuine career development
We've partnered with an established Adelaide architecture and interiors practice to recruit an Architectural Graduate looking to build their technical expertise across a diverse portfolio of projects.
With a strong pipeline of healthcare, education and community work, this is an opportunity to join a collaborative studio where you'll gain hands-on experience delivering technically complex projects, work closely with experienced architects, and continue progressing towards registration.
The Opportunity
You'll be joining a busy team currently delivering projects across:
- Higher education and specialist learning environments.
- Healthcare and clinical facilities.
- Community and recreational buildings.
- Education and early learning projects.
- Public sector developments.
With additional healthcare projects anticipated to commence in the coming months, it's an exciting time to join a practice that's continuing to grow within this specialist sector.
The Role
This position is ideal for an Architectural Graduate who enjoys the technical side of architecture and is confident producing Revit documentation.
You'll play an important role in delivering projects currently in documentation, working closely with senior architects and project teams to produce high-quality construction documentation and technical drawings.
About You
We're looking to speak with candidates who have:
- Approximately 2-5 years' experience in an architectural practice.
- Strong Revit documentation skills.
- Experience producing construction documentation.
- A sound understanding of detailing and technical coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Experience working on healthcare or education projects would be highly regarded but isn't essential.
Why This Role?
This practice has built a reputation for delivering meaningful projects while maintaining a supportive and sustainable studio culture. Rather than being one of many in a large team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across all stages of project delivery and continue developing your technical capability.
The practice also offers:
- Exposure to technically challenging healthcare and education projects.
- Mentorship from experienced architects.
- Support towards Architectural Registration.
- Flexible working arrangements, including an optional 9-day fortnight (Flex Friday).
- A stable, close-knit team with excellent staff retention.
Salary: $70,000-$85,000 + Super, depending on experience.
For an exceptional Architectural Graduate or newly Registered Architect with strong technical documentation experience, a higher salary may be considered.
If you're looking to strengthen your Revit skills, work on technically rewarding projects and join a practice where your contribution will be valued, we'd love to hear from you.
