Food Production Team Member (Early Mornings)
Location: Sydney CBD Fringe
Hours: Monday to Friday | Early mornings (approximately 5:30am–9:30am)
We're a growing Sydney-based corporate catering company looking for a reliable and hardworking Food Production Team Member to join our early morning kitchen team.
This is a hands-on role preparing fresh catering for some of Sydney's leading businesses. If you enjoy working with food, like staying busy, and take pride in quality, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll play an important role in our morning production, assembling sandwiches, wraps, rolls and other catering items ready for daily delivery.
You'll be working in a supportive team where consistency, speed and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches, wraps, rolls and other catering items
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain quality and consistency across all orders
- Work efficiently to meet strict morning deadlines
- Assist with general food preparation when required
- Keep your workstation clean, organised and well stocked
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Support the wider kitchen team during busy periods
About You
You'll be someone who:
- Is reliable and punctual
- Enjoys early morning starts
- Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
- Takes pride in producing high-quality food
- Has previous experience in catering, cafés, bakeries, commercial kitchens or food production (preferred but not essential)
