The Role
Due to continued business growth, Just Switch is expanding its marketing team and is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and brand initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that strengthen customer relationships, improve lead conversion, and enhance brand awareness. Working closely with sales, compliance, and leadership teams, you will deliver data-driven marketing initiatives that contribute to the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimise Zoho CRM workflows to improve lead management, customer engagement, and sales efficiency.
- Develop and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns that nurture prospects, re-engage existing customers, and support retention objectives.
- Create customer segmentation strategies based on behaviour, demographics, and purchasing intent to deliver personalised marketing communications.
- Coordinate lifecycle marketing initiatives surrounding key health insurance events, including Lifetime Health Cover deadlines, annual rate changes, renewals, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across the company website, social media platforms, customer communications, and marketing collateral.
- Map and optimise the customer journey to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
- Monitor CRM performance, customer engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Leadership teams to ensure customer communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and external stakeholders to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, CRM, customer engagement, or a related marketing role.
- Experience using CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, email marketing, and marketing automation best practices.
- Experience developing customer engagement and retention initiatives.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and customer journey optimisation.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret customer and marketing data to improve campaign performance and business outcomes.
- Experience using reporting platforms such as Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar software is highly regarded.
