Full-Time Qualified Baker

About the Role
As a Qualified Baker, you will be responsible for:
Preparing and baking a variety of breads, rolls, pastries, and other baked products.
Mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking products to a consistently high standard.
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering ingredients.
Working efficiently as part of a friendly and professional team.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
What We're Looking For
Trade qualification as a Baker
Previous experience in a bakery.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices.
Ability to work early mornings
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
