We’re Looking For
A warm and community-minded Assistant Community Manager with exceptional administration skills, outstanding attention to detail, and a passion for supporting homeowners and building positive relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily operations for Australia’s largest over 50’s Halcyon communities
- Assist home owners with enquiries and community needs
- Welcome new home owners, including meetings and handovers
- Support events, activities and community communications
- Manage bookings, maintenance requests and incident reporting
- Contribute to a positive, team focused community experience
About You
You’re passionate about creating positive community experiences and thrive in environments where people and connection are at the centre. You’re looking for a role that offers variety, flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Experience in community services, events, operations or administration
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and adapting to new systems
