About the Role:
As the Team Lead, you will support the State Manager by leading a team of MCU Memorial Consultants, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service for pre‑need and at‑need burial and cremation services.
You will also play a key role in community engagement, cultural outreach, and maintaining strong relationships with local networks.
This role is ideal for someone who is community‑minded, confident in sales conversations, and passionate about supporting families with empathy and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Memorial Consultants to achieve sales and service targets
- Promote burial and cremation products through events, seminars, and community engagement
- Build strong community relationships within Vietnamese, Chinese, or Korean communities
- Ensure exceptional customer service and drive continuous improvement
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records and sales activity reporting
Support HSE, compliance, and risk management requirements

What You’ll Bring
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese, Chinese, or Korean
- Experience in a service‑driven environment or the ability to quickly learn industry processes
- Strong communication skills and confidence in discussing products, services, and payment
- Ability to build and maintain community and business relationships
- High level of competency with technology (sales systems, email, intranet)
- Emotional resilience and comfort working around grief, bereavement, and sensitive situations
- A valid driver’s licence
Physical and psychological fitness to perform the inherent requirements of the role

Understanding of funeral industry operations (or willingness to learn quickly)
