We have an opening within our team of Scheduling Coordinators and are seeking someone with who enjoys a fast paced, multi-tasking role in scheduling trades.

Who you are:
- 1+ years exp in scheduling/project coordination/administration or similar, preferred
- Final semester or recently graduated, TR - in Building and Construction or similar field
- Background in building, carpentry, construction, or home modifications – preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple schedules with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with solid written and verbal skills
- Australian work rights are required
- Drivers license and own car (PT to our office can be tricky)
What you’ll do:
- Schedule and manage all tradesmen installation jobs from quotation to completion.
- Maintain constant contact with our tradesmen to coordinate, delegate and follow up on jobs.
- Engage and inform customers about the status of their jobs.
- Effectively manage customer queries and grievances.
- Responding to emails and phone queries in a timely manner.
- Use your problem solving and build strong trusting relationships both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate your multi-tasking abilities.
