Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Operate the POS system and process payments.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standar
