Your New Role
We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Risk & Compliance to support our Member Growth division in delivering initiatives safely, within risk appetite, and in line with regulatory obligations. This is a key role within the Business Risk & Compliance team, supporting a broad portfolio across Growth, Partnerships, Marketing, Digital, and Retirement.
In this role you will:
- Support a strong culture of incident and breach reporting
- Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and guide remediation
- Track remediation actions and ensure timely resolution and compliance
- Coordinate complex incidents across business units
- Support the business to manage risk in line with frameworks and risk appetite
- Assist with control design, risk monitoring, and preparation of risk reporting and insights for governance forums
Support risk assessments and regulatory change activities

How do you exceed our expectations?
- You will have 2–4 years’ experience in risk & compliance, or project/operational risk coordination
- Exposure to Managed Investment Scheme (MIS) compliance or regulatory frameworks (highly regarded)
- Have strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Be a confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and solve problems

- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
