We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate professional to join our growing Open Space and Sustainability team, in the role of Senior Parks Coordinator. This position leads a team responsible for maintaining park and reserve assets across the Camden LGA, ensuring high quality, safe and sustainable open space services.

Essential:
- Tertiary qualifications and equivalent experience in parks, horticulture, asset management or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams, including staff supervision, performance management and capability development
- Strong knowledge of WHS and risk management practices relevant to open spaces operations
- Proven ability to deliver services within budget, timeframe and defined service levels
- Demonstrated experience in contract and project management, including service provider performance monitoring
- Proven ability to review and improve operational processes to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to prepare clear, evidence-based reports and recommendations
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and standards impacting open space management
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
Desirable:
- Experience in local government operations, procedures and statutory requirements
- Experience in open space planning, asset management or growth area service delivery
