We are a growing multi-store beverage business currently operating several locations across Brisbane. We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Operations Assistant to support the business owner with day-to-day store operations, staff coordination and general administrative duties.
Full training will be provided, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding and training
- Support the daily operation of multiple store locations
- Coordinate staff and store-related matters
- Assist with staff rostering and general email correspondence
- Complete basic administrative and operational paperwork
- Conduct store visits and provide in-store support when required
- Communicate with team members and help resolve day-to-day operational issues
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be responsible, reliable and detail-oriented
- Have strong organisational and communication skills
- Be confident communicating in English, as all staff communicate in English
- Be able to speak Mandarin, which is highly regarded but not essential
- Hold a valid Australian driver licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Hold a visa with long-term working rights in Australia
- Be willing to travel between store locations when required
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, administration or team coordination will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
