Pixie Ice Cream (Sulles Pty Ltd) is looking for a full-time Vat Washer to join our Team.
A TASTE OF THE ROLE
-
Conduct CIP (Cleaning in Place) and COP (Cleaning out of Place) cleaning of Vats, Churns, Valves, Pumps and Lines ensuring that the required cleanliness is maintained to the highest standards.
- Conduct titration testing of diluted chemical to ensure correct chemical strengths are present during the cleaning process.
- Complete the day-to-day Maintenance as per Maintenance data base.
- Support the Production Team by conducting miscellaneous duties as required.
- Use computer systems to completed a wide range of tasks.

Ordering of chemical from store room as required
REQUIREMENTS

Full-time attendance required

Showing focus and attention to quality and safety on a daily base.

Documentation and records correctly completed, and within allocated time frames.

Flexibility and adaptability to re-prioritise tasks as required.

No micro contamination due to un-serviced parts
-
Previous experience in a food production / manufacturing environment (Factory)

Exceptionally high standard of detail and cleaning
- Trained and experienced in Chemical handling and storage

Trained and experienced in General Maintenance practices (GMP)
-
Previous experience with data documentation.
- Proven ability to problem-solve.

Proven ability to work in a team environment.
- Proven ability to work alone.

Intermediate computer literacy, Mathematical abilities, and English skills

Proven experience in meeting employment-related KPI’s

Flexibility with work hours i.e., able to work shift work and short notice change
