We are looking for friendly, energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team across SOPO Southport and Club Paradise in Surfers Paradise.
This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing outstanding service to members and guests.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will help deliver a welcoming and enjoyable experience across our bars, dining areas, functions and events.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly and efficient service to members and guests.
- Taking food and beverage orders and operating point-of-sale systems.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Running meals, clearing tables and maintaining clean service areas.
- Assisting with functions, events and busy service periods.
- Handling payments and cash accurately.
- Following responsible service, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Responding to customer enquiries and escalating concerns when required.
- Supporting other team members to ensure smooth venue operations.
About You
We are looking for applicants who have:
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.
- A professional and well-presented manner.
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- A current Queensland RSA certificate.
Previous experience in bars, restaurants, clubs, functions or gaming venues will be highly regarded. A current RSG certificate is desirable but not essential for all positions.
