As Australia’s only specialist eye, ear, nose and throat hospital, The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital’s (the Eye and Ear) has been providing care for the senses for 160 years. The Eye and Ear has over 100 different specialist clinics for the diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of vision and hearing loss and provides a 24 hour emergency eye and ear, nose, and throat service. The Eye and Ear provides care annually for around 250,000 patients, with over 200,000 outpatients, nearly 40,000 emergency patients and over 14,000 inpatients. The hospital underwent a major redevelopment which was completed in 2024.

About the Role
Grade 2 Clinical Pharmacist - Full Time ongoing on-site Position (40 hours/week with RDO every 4 weeks or 76 hours/fortnight working a 9-day roster including every second Saturday with Mondays not rostered) and tax effective salary packaging, East Melbourne location, short walk to the CBD.
We have a unique opportunity to join our pharmacy team as a Clinical Pharmacist. This role offers the chance to develop specialist clinical, organisational, digital and interpersonal skills in a newly redeveloped state-of-the-art specialist hospital.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Registration with AHPRA as a practising pharmacist with no restrictions
- Experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist in an Australian hospital setting for a minimum of 2 years
- Prior experience using electronic medication record software, preferably Cerner® and experience with Merlin®
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
