We are GW Tractors, the friendly Agricultural Parts People and for over 50 years we have been providing spare parts for tractors and machinery Australia wide. We are now looking for a new spare parts sales team member in our Braeside (VIC) branch.
You will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and supplying spare parts to our customers, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately solve customer enquiries and requirements in a timely manner
- Process parts enquiries, orders, and invoicing
- Interpret spare parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems
- Effectively utilise the spare parts and other associated electronic software and tools
- Perform stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory
- General warehousing duties: picking, packing, and receiving parts
- Assist in warehouse and other tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (construction, agricultural, or automotive)
- Mechanical aptitude or equipment knowledge is highly regarded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
- Parts Interpreter: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
