We are seeking a motivated and organised Full-Time Administration Officer to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the business.
About the Role
As our Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers while providing essential support to our technicians and management team. This is a busy and varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails
- Scheduling pest control, termite inspections, and treatment appointments
- Managing technician schedules and daily job bookings
- Creating invoices, quotes, and customer documentation
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Following up customer enquiries and outstanding invoices
- Data entry and record management
- Using Xero for invoicing and financial administration tasks
- Using ServiceM8 for job scheduling, workflow management, and customer communication
- General office administration duties
About You
- Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Xero and/or ServiceM8 is highly regarded (training can be provided)
- Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
