ARE YOU A SALES-DRIVEN LEADER?
We are looking for a self-driven Club Operations Manager who is confident in sales, leadership and driving results.
Your #1 responsibility is growing membership sales and revenue, while building a strong team culture and delivering an exceptional member experience.
This is a role for someone who enjoys closing sales, hitting KPIs, leading people, and taking ownership of a business.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Revenue Generation
- Take ownership of the club’s sales performance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales KPIs.
- Proactively convert leads into memberships.
- Follow up all enquiries via phone, SMS, email and walk-ins.
- Build referral partnerships and local business relationships.
- Drive new membership acquisition strategies.
- Coach staff to improve sales conversion rates.
- Maximise all revenue opportunities.
Member Retention
- Implement retention strategies to improve member satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with current members.
- Reduce cancellations and improve member experience.
- Ensure members feel supported and engaged.
Club Appearance & Standards
- Oversee cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the club.
- Ensure the facility is always presented to a high standard.
- Maintain equipment and overall gym presentation.
- Create a welcoming, community-focused environment.
Networking & Community Engagement
- Build relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.
- Work with supplement suppliers and partners.
- Organise and host community events.
- Increase local brand awareness and membership growth.
- Develop partnerships that drive leads into the club.
Social Media Management
- Manage club social media pages.
- Create engaging content with staff.
- Promote memberships, events and campaigns.
- Attract and engage both new and existing members.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train and manage club staff.
- Conduct performance coaching and feedback.
- Hold staff accountable to KPIs.
- Develop a high-performing team culture.
- Recruit and onboard new team members when required.
Event Planning
- Organise fitness events, workshops and promotions.
- Drive community engagement through events.
- Support member engagement initiatives.
Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day club operations.
- Complete management checklists and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Plus Fitness systems and procedures.
- Manage stock, supplies and ordering.
- Support financial and operational reporting.

Experience: Management (1 year preferred)
Licence: CPR & First Aid (preferred)

Pay: $68,000.00 per year
