Join the ECMS Team: Diploma Educator
Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a difference in your community?
At ECMS, we’re proud to be a not-for-profit community organisation that’s all about making a difference in the lives of children and families. With 76 kindergartens and early learning services across Melbourne, our team of 1100+ dedicated people work together to create joyful and enriching learning experiences with the safeguarding of children at the centre of everything we do. For us, it’s more than just early learning, it’s about building connections, nurturing growth, and being part of something truly meaningful in our communities.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at Hoppers Crossing Family Centre for our School readiness Funding.
Hoppers Crossing Family Centre is at the heart of Hoppers Crossing’s vibrant community hub, offering 3 & 4-year-old kindergarten programs. Our experienced educators create a nurturing environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and be curious about the world around them. We offer engaging play-based kindergarten programs designed to build confidence, creativity, and a love of learning.
School Readiness Funding is additional funding provided by the Department of Education to address educational disadvantage. This is achieved through building the capacity of educators and families to respond to children’s learning and development.
As an additional educator within the group, you will support the environment, educators and children by providing individualized support, reinforcing learning experiences, and fostering a nurturing environment to enhance each child's development and engagement.
This is a part time, ongoing position ending in December 2026. You will be working 28 hours per week on a Monday and Wednesday from 9am to 4pm, Tuesaday and Thursday from 11:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 9am to 2pm.
