Our 60 year old family run business that is quality-focused, committed to providing fresh, high-quality fish and seafood products to our customers. We are looking for a friendly, reliable and dynamic All rounder/Retail Assistant to join our team and deliver excellent customer service as well assisting many of the other day to day functions of our business.
About the Role
You will welcome, assist and be promoting to customers with their purchases, maintain product displays, and help ensure the cleanliness and organisation of any and all aspects of the business
Key Responsibilities,
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
- Attain product knowledge to serve customers and assist with product selection.
- Weigh, package and label fish and seafood products accurately.
- Process cash and EFTPOS transactions.
- Maintain clean, hygienic and well-presented displays and work areas.
- Restock products and monitor stock levels.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a small, fast-paced team.
- Work and Perform any other general duties that enhance the business.
Pay: $26.44 – $30.00 per hour
