RETAIL & CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Part-Time – Infectious Clothing Company, Kunda Park QLD
About the Role
Infectious Clothing Company is seeking a Retail & Customer Service Assistant to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis in Kunda Park. This role is predominantly in our retail space, helping customers find the perfect scrubs, along with click & collect, shipping, general customer service and warehouse support – a great opportunity to build your skills and experience in a fast-paced, growing e-commerce business.
Hours: 10–15 hours per week, across 3 days Monday - Saturday Minimum 4 Hour Shifts
Pay: $25 per hour, higher for the right experience
Extras: Additional shifts available to cover annual leave and staff breaks, plus genuine room to grow for the right person
What You’ll Be Doing
Retail
- Greet and assist customers in-store, helping them find the perfect scrubs, fit and style
- Process sales transactions and enter orders into our point-of-sale system with accuracy
- Keep the retail space well-stocked, organised and visually appealing
- Process click & collect pickups and pack and ship customer orders
Customer Service
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, handling customer enquiries professionally
- Provide knowledgeable advice on our products, helping customers make informed decisions
- Support the warehouse team with general fulfilment duties as needed
- Pitching in wherever the team needs a hand – everyday is a little different
What We’re Looking For
- Retail experience is preferred – full training provided in all other areas
- A friendly, people-focused person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and the willingness to go the extra mile
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 20kg
- Reliable and available across 3 days per week, Monday - Saturday – great for school hours can be flexible with days and hours.
