GODIVA, the crown jewel of Belgian chocolate, has been delighting customers at Castle Towers Shopping Centre for a while, and we are looking to expand our team! Since 1926, GODIVA has been at the heart of fine chocolate, delighting customers worldwide, including in Melbourne, Canberra, and Sydney.
We are currently seeking friendly and motivated Baristas and Service Staff to join our Castle Towers team on a casual basis, with the potential for ongoing hours for the right candidates.
This role requires availability on both Saturday and Sunday, as well as Thursday evenings. Availability on weekdays from 11am onward would also be highly regarded.
Your Role:
As part of the GODIVA team, you will deliver exceptional service and consistently high-quality products. You will demonstrate precision and craftsmanship in the preparation and serving of beverages, desserts, and pastries while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service — be the welcoming face of GODIVA, exceeding expectations and creating memorable experiences.
- Prepare beverages and desserts with efficiency and precision, maintaining high quality standards.
- Meet personal daily and weekly sales targets through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Maintain immaculate work areas, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times.
- Be a chocolate expert — confidently share your knowledge of our premium chocolates, desserts, and beverages.
- Create eye-catching displays — uphold high visual merchandising standards to beautifully showcase our products.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for chocolate and customer service
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong attention to detail
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Availability on both Saturday and Sunday, as well as Thursday evenings. Availability on weekdays from 11am onward would also be highly regarded.
