Position Summary
As the primary interface for visitors and inquiries, the role of the Senior School Administrator - Receptionist oversees all front desk activities, maintaining a welcoming, professional, and efficient atmosphere with exceptional customer service. The role is also responsible for various administrative tasks to assist the broader School community.
Working Hours
- Term Time 8.00am – 4.30pm.
- Non-Term Time 9.00am – 3.00pm.
During term time, the Receptionist works an additional 30 minutes per day. As a result, during non-term periods, the Receptionist's hours are reduced accordingly.
