Details: Are you a strategic and compassionate leader committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable people? The ACT Courts and Tribunal (ACTCT) is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Therapeutic and Client Services to lead the development and delivery of therapeutic, trauma-informed and client-centred services across the ACTCT.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering services to vulnerable court and tribunal users, while driving key projects and initiatives to promote and support inclusive and therapeutic practices across ACTCT service provisions. You will work collaboratively with judicial officers, government agencies, community organisations and internal stakeholders to strengthen access to justice, cultural safety, inclusion and client wellbeing.
You will provide strategic leadership across a range of therapeutic programs and initiatives, support organisational change, identify opportunities for service improvement, and represent ACTCT at cross-government and community forums. The role also plays a key part in advancing initiatives that support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, multicultural communities and other vulnerable cohorts.
We are looking for a leader with significant experience in program development and service delivery, strong people leadership capability, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:

Qualifications which complement the roles diverse oversight, including but not limited to Occupational Therapy, Social Work or a relevant clinical background with experience working with complex clients within the justice system is highly desirable.

Experience with informed program delivery in a public sector environment is highly desirable.
