We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our aged care team, providing high-quality clinical care and support to elderly residents in a warm and respectful environment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and working collaboratively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote health, wellbeing, and dignity.
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with best practice standards and AHPRA requirements
- Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ clinical conditions to support positive health outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using Barwon Health IT systems
- Promote a positive team culture and contribute to continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organisational skills
- Understanding of Aged Care Standards and commitment to person-centred care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- A compassionate, respectful, and professional approach to caring for older people
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and computer literacy skills
Alan David Lodge is located on the Surf coast Highway in Charlemont, just a short drive from both the Geelong CBD and coastal surroundings.
This 108-bed facility service offers both residential care and transition care beds, with 74 residential high level care beds and 34 transitional care beds.

We create a safe, respectful environment where residents receive high-quality nursing, medical, and psychiatric care tailored to their individual needs.
Our 90-bed residential aged care facility features three specialised wings:
- Oak Wing – offering dedicated mental health support for older adults
- Adzen Wing – focused on personalised, dementia-specific care
- Specialist Dementia Care Unit – a modern, purpose-built space supporting residents with more complex cognitive, emotional, or behavioural needs, helping them transition to more suitable and less restrictive living arrangements over time
