Matilda Mont Albert is a much loved neighbourhood café in the heart of Mont Albert North. Known for our warm service and vibrant atmosphere, we’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic FOH all rounder to join our team.
This is a casual position with a mix of daytime shifts during the week and evening service shifts, availability to work at least 1 weekend day per week is preferred.
About the role:
-Deliver warm, attentive, and professional customer service
-Take orders, run food and beverages, and manage the floor with confidence
-Work collaboratively with both FOH and BOH teams
-Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
-Thrive in a fast-paced service while keeping attention to detail
What we’re looking for:
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospitality or café environment
-A current RSA is highly regarded (or willingness to obtain)
-A positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills
-Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods
-A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great customer experiences
