About the Role
Join the Cancer Management Team as a Business Support Officer (Finance) and help keep essential financial and business services running smoothly. You’ll provide practical finance, admin and local ICT support while building strong relationships across CALHN and with external partners.
Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks
Support procurement and provide clear finance advice
Prepare journals, spreadsheets and accounting system entries
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
Provide local ICT and general business support
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Adapt across admin functions to support team priorities
About You
You are a proactive and organised professional who brings strong financial skills, attention to detail and a commitment to quality service. You’ll work confidently with competing priorities while building positive relationships across the team.
To be successful in this role you will:
Bring experience in accounts payable, receivable or procurement
Apply accounting practices to prepare and review financial data
Use financial, accounting and office systems with accuracy
Communicate clearly and provide sound financial advice
Prioritise competing demands and work well independently or in a team
