You want to play a part in making NSW a better place to work, live and travel.
Work in an organisation based on purpose, structure and process. You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.
In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of the Government & Parliamentary Services Branch within the Government Business & Services unit.
You will partner with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop high-quality written products that support Ministers, executives and government decision-making.
You will lead a team to deliver complex and often sensitive briefing materials, parliamentary responses, speaking notes and strategic advice. Drawing on your research, analytical and writing skills, you'll translate complex information into clear, concise and audience-focused products.
Working across a diverse portfolio, you'll build strong relationships with senior leaders and develop a deep understanding of the areas you support. You'll navigate competing priorities, manage risks and influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
You'll also coach and develop team members, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
This is an opportunity to work on issues that impact millions of people across NSW while developing expertise in stakeholder engagement, government processes, and Ministerial and Parliamentary services.
If you're a strong writer, strategic thinker and collaborative leader who enjoys working at pace, we'd love to hear from you.
This position is a permanent position. Regional candidates are encouraged to apply.
