Leabrook IGA is looking for a reliable, experienced and hardworking Deli Team Member to join our team.
Position: Deli Team Member
Employment: Part-time / Casual
Location: Leabrook, SA
Important: Applicants must be available to start work from 7:30am.
We have high standards for customer service, cleanliness, food presentation and work performance, so we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can consistently maintain these standards.
Main duties include:
- Serving customers at the deli counter
- Slicing meats and preparing deli products
- Replenishing and maintaining deli displays
- Following strict food safety and hygiene procedures
- Cleaning deli equipment, benches and work areas
- Stock rotation and checking product quality
- Assisting with other deli duties as required
We are looking for someone who:
- Can reliably start from 7:30am
- Is punctual, responsible and dependable
- Works efficiently and pays attention to detail
- Maintains a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Is comfortable working in a busy environment
- Is available on weekdays and weekends
- Previous deli, supermarket or food handling experience is strongly preferred
This position suits someone who is serious about their work and is comfortable working in a store with high expectations and clear standards.

Pay: $34.76 – $71.13 per hour
