As part of this journey, we’re looking for a Field Sales Team Leader to lead our B2B outbound sales specialists. This role is key in building team capability, driving performance, and ensuring we deliver strong commercial outcomes through a modern, data-driven sales approach.

Team vision (text) As a Field Sales Team Leader, you’ll lead a B2B outbound sales team responsible for generating and converting opportunities across all sales channels. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, inspire and coach a team of Field Sales Specialists to exceed B2B outbound sales targets.
- Improve sales capability through structured coaching, feedback and development plans
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
- Analyse sales data and reporting to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
- Develop and optimise outbound sales processes, workflows and ways of working
- Drive performance through strong pipeline management, forecasting and KPI tracking.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems and Excel to inform decisions
- Build strong internal relationships to align on sales strategy and execution.

- Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
- Proven ability to lead, coach or influence sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and sales technique capability.
- Advanced reporting and data analysis skills (including Excel).
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales technologies.
- Solid understanding of process improvement or project delivery.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
