The Role
This is an opportunity to contribute to work that genuinely changes outcomes for young people. The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting students, families and staff through coordinated, practical and compassionate support systems that strengthen engagement, wellbeing and success at school.
The Student Support Officer assists in coordinating the school’s student services and contributes to developing responsive systems that support students overall wellbeing by identifying social, emotional, behavioural or engagement challenges.
The role combines coordination, collaboration and problem-solving. You will work closely with the student services team, teachers, families, leadership staff and external agencies to help remove barriers to learning and ensure students are supported both at school and within the wider community.
