We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Project Coordinator / Studio Allrounder to join our growing creative team.
No experience necessary — this is a great stepping stone for someone eager to learn, grow, and get involved in all areas of project coordination and studio operations.
This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and happy to jump in wherever needed. Every day is different, and you’ll gain real-world experience across creative projects, production, client coordination, and studio management.
Role Includes:
- Coordinating teams and project schedules
- Keeping the studio organised and running smoothly
- Assisting with studio setup and team events
- Visiting project sites when required
- Attending filming and photoshoots
- Coordinating filming crews and contractors
- Communicating with clients and managing project requirements
- General studio support and all-round coordination tasks

Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
