Forefun is Geelong’s first mini golf cocktail bar — fun, fast-paced, and packed on weekends. We’re looking for Guest Services staff to manage our front desk, take bookings, sell tickets, and ensure guests feel welcomed from the moment they walk in.
This is a hybrid role that combines reception, customer service, and floor support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, check bookings, and handle walk-ins using our booking system
- Process ticket and merchandise sales
- Answer phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly
- Provide floor support when needed (explaining games, checking in on guests, helping clear tables)
- Assist with basic venue reset between sessions
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with tech and point-of-sale systems
- Reliable, fast-paced, and able to multitask
- Previous hospitality or entertainment venue experience is a bonus
- Weekend availability is essential
