As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in helping Queenslanders access the government services they rely on. What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted first point of contact, assisting customers across face-to-face, phone and digital channels.
- Support customers to access a wide range of government products and services, including licensing, vehicle and vessel registration, deceased estates and other transactions.
- Provide accurate information and resolve enquiries in a timely, professional and customer-focused manner.
- Promote and support self-service options where appropriate, empowering customers to access services efficiently and independently.
- Navigate multiple systems and databases with confidence to process transactions and complete administrative activities.
- Undertake financial and reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, working together to achieve service standards and performance goals.
- Share your knowledge and experience by supporting the training and development of colleagues when required.
