This full-time position will see you managing all aspects of complex projects, from planning and budgeting to stakeholder coordination and on-site supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities & duties
1. Developing and executing comprehensive project plans, including, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
2. Developing procurement strategy, cost planning, budgeting and commercial review
3. Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project delivery
4. Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and providing regular updates to key stakeholders
5. Ensuring all projects comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
6. Fostering a positive and productive work environment on construction sites
7. Developing and implementing strategies to continuously improve project management processes and procedures
Academic qualification and Experience:
1. Significant experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. New Build experience is highly regarded
2. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate multiple stakeholders
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members
4. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools, such as MS Project
5. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
6. Knowledge of construction industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes
Pay: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
