About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
Lead and support whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the College's Annual Implementation Plan and Strategic Plan.
Build the capability of teaching teams through coaching, feedback and professional learning.
Promote excellence in teaching, learning and student outcomes.
Foster positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community.
Lead operational priorities with professionalism, sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach.
Contribute positively as a member of the College Executive Leadership Team, modelling collaboration, integrity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning, student wellbeing, and continuous improvement. They will be an instructional leader who builds the capability of others, uses data to inform decision-making, and fosters a positive and inclusive school culture aligned with the College's vision and values.
