We’re looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business operations and help keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Managing emails, calendars, and appointments
- Data entry and document preparation
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Organising files and maintaining records
- Assisting with invoices, reports, and general office tasks
- Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative duties
- Taking online orders to the local post office
Requirements
- Previous admin or office experience preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional and friendly attitude
