Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to join our team in Eastwood.
About the Role
The Office Manager plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This position is responsible for overseeing office administration, workforce coordination, compliance support, and internal operational processes within a fast-paced care service environment.
You will work closely with management, care staff, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
- Coordinate staff rosters, records, and internal communications
- Support HR administration including onboarding and employee documentation
- Assist with payroll preparation and basic accounting administration
- Maintain accurate client, supplier, and operational records
- Support compliance processes, audits, and reporting requirements
- Liaise with staff, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders professionally
- Maintain and improve office systems and workflow efficiency
- Assist management with operational coordination and business support activities
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in office management or senior administration
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems
- Experience in aged care, disability, healthcare, or community services is highly regarded
