As an APS 6 Senior Case Manager in the People Management team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, end-to-end case management across a diverse and complex workload. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will lead sensitive matters including performance management, Code of Conduct investigations, Reviews of Action and complaint processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to fair, consistent and compliant people management practices that support both organisational outcomes and employee wellbeing.
What you’ll do:

Engage, advise and support managers and employees at all levels to identify and address performance, behaviour, attendance and conduct matters.

Manage end to end formal processes such as; Code of Conduct investigations, Primary Reviews of Action, complaint investigations and Formal Underperformance Processes.

Provide strategic and trusted advice to managers and employees in line with relevant departmental policies and procedures.

Provide effective case management within APS employment and legislative frameworks.

Foster trust and respect in the workplace, while applying sound judgement and resilience.

Work collaboratively to build and sustain productive working relationships with stakeholders.

Prepare sensitive and complex written material, including reports and briefings.
