About the Role
Coogee is seeking an experienced Project Controls Administrator to join our Major Projects team.
Supporting a portfolio of capital projects, you will play a key role in project administration, cost control, procurement administration, reporting and document management, working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project cost reports, forecasts, commitments and expenditure tracking.
- Coordinate procurement administration including supplier setup, purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Administer SharePoint, Autodesk Forma, InEight TeamBinder, Aconex or similar project systems.
- Maintain project registers, reporting dashboards and project controls data.
- Coordinate document reviews, transmittals and document control activities.
- Support project governance, reporting and project delivery activities.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across project systems and processes.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- 10+ years' experience in project administration, project controls and/or document management within an EPCM, chemical manufacturing, resources or heavy industrial environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including reporting, dashboards and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or similar.
- Experience administering project document management systems and project controls processes.
- Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
