About the Role
As the Senior Analyst (Performance & Insights) you will join the Investment NSW Group, Strategic Performance & Implementation team. You will be responsible for gathering, analysing and interpreting data to provide insights that support decision-making, strategic business planning, KPI development and performance reporting.
The role supports the delivery of Investment NSW’s strategic priorities by evaluating service delivery performance, market trends and economic outcomes. It also helps develop reporting products and dashboards that translate complex data into practical insights for senior leaders and stakeholders.The successful candidate will bring the ability to analyse complex information, manage projects and stakeholder relationships, and communicate insights clearly to support informed decision-making.

We're Looking For

Data Analysis & Insights: Demonstrated experience analysing complex datasets, identifying trends and providing evidence-based recommendations that support strategic planning, service delivery and economic outcomes.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to build productive relationships, influence stakeholders, communicate technical information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

Performance Reporting & Project Delivery: Experience developing KPIs, dashboards and reporting products, with strong project management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities, whilst delivering quality outcomes.

Strategic Analysis & Market Intelligence: Experience synthesising data, research and market insights to identify opportunities, inform strategic priorities and support evidence-based decision-making.
