Role : Data Quality & Remediation Lead
We are seeking an experienced Data Quality & Remediation Lead with strong Energy / Utilities industry experience to lead data quality and remediation activities within a major Customer Transformation Program.
The role will be responsible for identifying, analysing and resolving customer data issues, ensuring data is accurate, complete and fit for migration to the target platform.

Lead end-to-end data quality and remediation initiatives.

Define and implement data quality rules across customer datasets.

Lead SQL-based data profiling and remediation activities.

Drive customer data consolidation and deduplication.

Track data quality metrics, remediation progress and migration readiness.

Define and enforce data quality standards, policies and acceptance criteria.

Support data governance and maintain documentation of quality rules and remediation outcomes.

Collaborate closely with Data Migration, Data Platform and Data Architecture teams.

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary data team.

Mandatory: Strong Energy / Utilities industry experience, preferably with customer data.

Significant experience in data quality, data management or data engineering.

Proven experience leading data quality/remediation initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.

Strong SQL and experience with data profiling, remediation and data quality tools/frameworks.

Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.

Experience with customer data domains such as billing, contracts, metering and contact data.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Agile/Hybrid environments.
